For Texas members, please click the below link to download the Texas Resale Certificate Form and return it with all the required information. You can send the Resale State Sales Certificate Form back to us by Westernelite@hotmail.com. RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
The exchange of defective items will be accepted with the original receipt and the original package up to 10 days after receiving your order. In other cases, there are no refund and exchange. A Return Authorization Number (hereafter refers to RA#) is required for all returns and exchanges. You must contact a Western Elite Jewelry, Inc. representative for the RA#. UPDATING ACCOUNT INFORMATION
When setting up an online account at our website, you will be prompted to select a password. The retrieval of personal information relating to you and your order history is only available to you if you provide the correct password that you have created, and all profile information, including your address book, is only available while you are logged in to your account. After providing your password, you can edit or delete your information at any time through the "my account" page.
If you forget your password, a new password will be assigned to you and will be emailed to your email address. We will not give passwords out over the phone, nor will we email them to a different address than the one used to register.
Your address book, located in the "my account" page of each website, is your personal storage space. We do not use the information in your address book to send email promotions or catalogs by mail.
